spring is in the air

Spring is in the air a little early this year! Today, the Spring 2011 edition of Rhythm of the Home online magazine is released!

I am pleased to have an article in this edition! (It was originally two articles, which were combined into one, to make space in the edition for more fabulous articles from other talented contributors!) My article includes two flower crafts, celebratory of the springs I experienced growing up and the activities my parents, my mom especially, did with my brother and me.

As long as you are popping over to read all the goodness, take part in the give-away that happens on launch day on the ROTH blog! I have offered a stitched notebook and a set of twig crayons in the give-away. The stitched notebook includes a cover image from an old, falling apart copy of The Snowy Day, by Ezra Jack Keats. Just to hand onto the image of winter a little longer. It is 20 pages of recycled, unlined paper. The twig crayons are made by Mike from fallen branches and soy crayons. Pop over to the ROTH blog and add a comment to win one of the many wonderful crafts being offered!

I cannot wait to pop over and start reading! Happy head start on spring!
