gluten free vegan?

I have been a lacto-ovo vegetarian since I was 12. In fact, I eat seafood, too. Back in September, I added gluten as a restriction to my diet. Bye bye wheat, hello Celiac Disease. So now, 6 months later, when some new symptoms developed and persisted, my doctor has informed me it is time to try cutting out dairy, too. Sniff sniff, sigh. Sorry, but I fully admit to being a person who loves cheese and has no desire to go semi-vegan, but it seems, hello dairy-free is in my life for now.

Good thing there are still many delicious things to eat. I know a few of you who read here are vegan, gluten free and thrilled about it. Would you please leave a comment with the name of your favorite cook book or link to your favorite website or recipe? Thank you!
