november

My friend, Rhian, is running the Honolulu Marathon on December 12, just days before she moves from Hawaii to Maine, and is raising money for the SADS (sudden arrhythmia death syndrome) Foundation, in honor of her sister who died. Please consider donating!

Welcome, November. It is nice to see you again, although surprising, as well. A full month is planned for you, dear November. One full of gratitude, I hope.

A festive weekend, here. How was yours?

Sasha, Finnian, Isabella, and Anita

"Anita and I are strong! We'll pull!"

"Mamma, it is too dark in here to take a photo." "You are probably right..." So I turned off the camera mid-photo and this is what I got. Rather awesome in my opinion.

Where's the ham, folks? I do believe that is a green egg! An Ameracauna is laying!

A firefighter (thanks, EPH!) and a fairy. Aren't they adorable? I think so. Also adorable and so incredibly thoughtful...their awesome trick or treat bags, sent as a gift to them from Stephinie of Gypsy Forest. Incredibly designed and sewn!

Power tools. What you get when you mix a woodworker and a tough pumpkin.

Mike likes to decorate.
