lemons and rocks

the little section of our dining room side table that seems to have become home to our little seasonal collections is boasting bowls of juicy lemons and a growing collection of rocks. the rocks...they have been coming home in lala's lunch sack. yes, she is my lover of leaves and rocks. hey, everybody needs a rock.

I am loving your pictures lately. We have a big bowl of rocks on our mantle. It has totem rocks that a friend made us and lots of other special rocks. You can't pass up heart shaped rocks or rocks with holes in them - those are wish rocks!

Awesome!! We have quite a collection here too! The past few days it has been seashells. With this warm weather and living so close to the beach, it's been hard not to stop by for a little visit.

Enjoy all the treasures...they truly are!

I love your photos! The juxtapositioning of the yellow ducky with the lemons is wonderful! And the stones have wonderful memories as well as being a visual delight. I have a small pile and of late, use a super fine sharpie pen to mark date and location on each since I no longer remember where they all came from...But then, I only pick up one rock per outing rather than a pocketful!
